I have learned to trust the process of getting rid of / elimination.  Clearing out has created  new open spaces and now there is a fresh breeze blowing there as opposed to a millstone hanging around my mind.  Just with the new sense of free space i can sense new things on the horizon getting ready to come in. I' ve done this course via  e-mail. - throwing out physical objects, aiding the body to eliminate waste, and how all this affects your level of energy.  It is mind-boggling when you learn about the significance of clutter in your life and how it feels once it is gone.  It's all on an energetic level. If you feel you are at a point where a chapter is closing and a new one about to begin, you are ready for this course.  Try it! CBV It’s the best way to take back control over all those material things that clog our lives and minds.  It was fantastic to be able to ‘let go’ of   things that I had an emotional attachment to, but did not answer to the 4 points of criteria (i.e. a beautiful belt which could now only get around a thigh….not my waist!) I felt right throughout the course that you were my friend egging me on to the finish line…..thanks for that! I felt empowered (and ever so efficient) to actually do all the ‘things’ that were worrying me.    The ‘worrying’ about stuff takes more energy than the doing.  LB 

I enjoyed most in SPRING CLEAN YOUR LIFE was that I was forced to do what I have been meaning to do for the last 5 years, in only 28 days that would have taken me probably 6 months... This programme forced me to address things that  would normally be  procrastinated  and eventually forgotten. I did not realise the impact of those things until I got rid of them.Thanks again for another awesome project Kate!

 The ladies are carrying out their daily SPRING CLEAN and I can certainly see some major improvements. They have also mentioned how INSPIRED THEY FEELING to wake up in the morning and LOOK FORWARD to a new day. It is such a WONDERFUL TRAINING course that you have put together. Thank you for sharing it with us. You are a ‘Supernova’ I am so proud of everything I have done and achieved since I met with you and started the spring clean programme. I also started Walk for life this morning and am feeling really good. I can't tell you how much I am loving this course. My life feels like it has turned around (and for the good). Thanks so much for the SPRING CLEAN course so far.  As you can see I have been so busy ‘spring cleaning' that I haven't had time to mail and say thanks.  I'll let you how it goes over the weekend, but I am already feeling much better about things and am finding the process spilling over into other areas of my life almost unconsciously.  I guess, you knew that already, though! I have managed to de-clutter two major obstacles in my house today, the books in the passage and my workspace/hobby space in the dining room.  Now I believe I can de-clutter the rest.   It was a huge thing to clear my books and workspace and I wanted it done before a huge family function tomorrow.  Thank you for a brilliant SPRING CLEAN course. Hi Kate, Would like to tell you that I missed getting your mail yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must thank you very much as I learnt a HUGE amount from your course. I now know HOW TO SORT OUT MY CLUTTER and I am trying to deal with all my emotional clutter and learn how TO LET GO and SET BOUNDARIES as I have never done this and I am 50years old. I read over all the tasks at least 3 times and I refer back and sometimes write it down in bright big letters and carry it to where I go and un clutter. Must say I get into the habit of spotting things that does not add value to my life and o u t it goes making room for something new even if I do not have the money to purchase right now. E

I've just read Day 16 of SPRING CLEAN YOUR LIFE and you clearly understand the process ... or should I say human nature ... I'm not keeping 100% up with the program, BUT I'm 100% thrilled with what I have done so far and 100% committed to continue.  So, it may take longer than 28 days for me to declutter - the good thing is that I've finally started.  And it's an amazing feeling. I have been faithfully following your you emails in the PSIRNG CLEAN COURSE, and have created wonders in my home. My local charity shop received 8 bags of clothes ( not just mine, my husband decided to play too) and  the local Salvation army Old folks home has got lots of new kitchen goodies!! My home has become a delight to clean, in fact when  I get home the house is usually already clean , without the remnants of the previous evening, and if its not, it takes me all of 10 minutes to sort out. My kitchen looked so good when I finished that my husband repainted it, which has needed doing for about 2 years! Thanks so much for the course, I now only wished I'd taken some before photos so you could see the improvement!! SPRING CLEAN COURSE  a very user friendly way to sort out your " stuff " For me the phyical sorting was incredibly powerful, as it gave me my home back. I now have my home as a haven, its very user friendly, and very comfortable and tidy!!!

It was awesome to be able to be able to let go of a lot of things after 30 years of hoarding!

I seem to need a catalyst to get me going and that is what your SPRING CLEAN course did got me up and running which is usually a huge hurdle in my life.  The very best is that this time I was ruthless with a lot of junk and I am trying to embrace the concept of freeing myself from the clutter and making way for the new. Everyone's life needs a good clean out sometimes and Kate helps us focus on those dark forgotten corners and scrap out the "yuck" accumulated there `Lesly

The difference in my life is fantastic, I have definitely cleared space to open the way for NEW OPPORTUNITIES, and others can see the positive change in me. These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your ("the User") use of the LIFE-COACHING website located at the domain name www.life-coaching.co.za  By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

Electronic Communications

By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

E-Commerce & Privacy

The Website www.life-coaching.co.za sells life coaching and life transformational services in the form of private consultations and a selection of e-based courses online.  The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser's risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website. 

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User's personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.  Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User's chosen delivery address.

Credit Card Acquiring - Payment Gateway
Credit Card Transactions are acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa.  Card Holders may go to www.mygate.co.za to view MyGate's security policy.

Refund and Return Policy
The provision of some services is subject to location (eg face to face coaching) or invitation (eg Kate's coaching Club) and any special offers on at the time are subject to specific terms as laid out in any advertising for such service. Each specific service has it's own particular refund procedure outlined below.

Spring Clean Your Life: if you have spent an hour a day for 28 days and do not feel you have been taught how to Spring Clean Your Life, A full refund within 28 days of written request will be given.

How to get your Groove BACK: No refunds exists for this course. You will receive the course in full and all coach calls are to be used within the 8 weeks.

Personal telephonic coaching: Should you cancel any unused sessions you will be refunded 60% of the outstanding amount within 28 days of your written request.

Leap Ahead Session: No refunds exist for this service

Coaching Club: No refunds exist for this membership service.


Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.  The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.  Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the owner of this site, KATE EMMERSON, on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
